You deserve to live a life that's Radically Untamed
Meet Tosha:
Hi, I’m Tosha (they/them). I’m a queer, neurodivergent, BIPOC therapist offering virtual therapy for individuals and couples in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
I know what it feels like to move through a world that tells you to shrink yourself, to be “tamed,” or to hide who you are. I’m here to help you do the opposite: to live a life that feels radically untamed and deeply authentic.
Why I Do This Work
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from NKU, with extra training in Trauma-Focused Care. But what really shapes my work is my lived experience. As a late-in-life lesbian and non-binary person, I know firsthand how powerful (and messy, and brave) it is to embrace your true self. That mix of professional expertise and lived experience is what I bring into sessions with my clients.
I also proudly identify as BIPOC and work through an anti-oppression, social justice lens. My goal is to create a space where folks from all marginalized communities especially queer, trans, neurodivergent and people of color can find affirmation, healing, and empowerment. I believe therapy should recognize how racism, oppression, capitalism and systemic injustice shape our mental health and sense of worth.
What I Can Support You With..
• Identity exploration – whether you’re just starting to ask questions or you’ve been unpacking for years.
• Gender-affirming care – creating space to explore and celebrate who you are.
• Religious trauma recovery – healing from messages that told you there’s something wrong with you for simply being human.
• Shame and self-worth – moving away from internalized rejection and into self-trust.
• Relationships – helping couples (especially queer and neurodivergent ones) build compassion, empathy, and authenticity with each other.
I work with clients ages 14 and up individually and ages 18 and up in couples therapy.
My Approach
Research shows that authenticity and living a life that aligns with your values is linked to better relationships, higher self-esteem, and greater life satisfaction. In our work together, we’ll look at the harmful messages you’ve carried, start to quiet the shame, and reinforce the truths that remind you: you are already enough, just as you are.
Together, we’ll rediscover your voice, reclaim your power, and move toward healing.
If you’ve been told to make yourself smaller… if you’ve felt shame for simply existing… or if you’re just ready to step into who you really are, let’s talk.
Reach out, and let’s start your journey toward living a life that’s radically untamed and authentically yours.
